I enjoy buying and selling antiques

It's a favorite past time that has allowed me to meet interesting  people from all over the world.

It's all about selling memories.

But is does take a little effort on our part.

How do we do it and continue to work in our "Day Jobs?"

It's pretty simple.

Eat right, exercise and stretch, spend time with friends and family, play , do things for yourself, and avoid stress.

When we're working on more than one project and taking care of our families who aren't necessarily taking care of themselves...it gets a little tough.

That's life in 2013 America.

What's the point of creating a successful business if you don't take care of your health and your relationships?

How will you enjoy your wealth and share the good times with your loved ones?

Poor health and stress can bring down a business faster than a IRS Audit or any natural disaster.

You know what you need to do , whether your're stuck in a Nurses Station or running through Flea Markets and Swap Meets.

This is not rocket science.

You hear it all the time 

Eating right means lean meats with plenty of fruits and vegetables.

Sugar and starches slow you down.

Anything that comes through a drive-thru window is probably bad for you.

Remember... where are you going to live if your body wears out before "You" do?
