Day after estate sale on Prune Street in La Marque, Texas
Timing is everything
Rain and Tropical Weather returned Monday.
This house lacked water service and no working central air conditioning.
Monica made more money at this Estate Sale than previous sale in Texas City
Why?
Because the Texas City Police pick up our signs when we put them out for Buyers to find us.
La Marque requires us to obtain a
Garage Sale Permit ... it's free.
What a difference a Zip Code makes.
